Socktober stories part 2
Here is the next set:
Do you have certain patterns planned for some of the yarns? Do you buy yarn and then choose a pattern?
I don't really have any set patterns planned for my socks. I will see a pattern and file it away as a "to do" project. Most often, I am really drawn to a yarn and then sort through my pile of patterns to see what I want to make from it.
Does a certain sock yarn you have in your stash take you back to a certain event? (where you were when you bought/received it? what was going on in your life at the time!)
Of course! Many of my sock yarns have come from stash enhancing trips with friends or while I was on vacation. I commemorate lots of events with fiber!
